Executive Assistant to the Bishop of Sandhurst

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-sensitive individual to provide administrative and personal support to the Bishop.

Key responsibilities will include the provision of high level administrative and secretarial support to assist the Bishop manage his workflow and commitments, including:

  • diary management and travel arrangements
  • efficient and effective records management
  • correspondence and communications
  • coordination and management of events.
  • coordination and distribution of agenda papers and minute taking.
