39 SOCIAL JUSTICE Justice Matters Camp ‘We can be more’ A group of sixty gathered for the Sandhurst Schools Justice Matters Camp; a joint ini- tiative of Catholic Education Sandhurst and Caritas Australia, which took place at Beechworth over three days in early May. The theme was, ‘We Can Be More’ and there was an ecological focus throughout the weekend with participants keeping a quote from Cardinal Turkson in their hearts and minds: “the earth is a garden to till and to keep”. Sandhurst Schools’ Ethical Leadership Forum On Tuesday 18 May more than 70 senior students from eleven secondary schools in the Sandhurst Diocese came together for a forum on ethical leadership. The senior students travelled to Shepparton to participate in the event. A group of 70 gathered in Shepparton for the Ethical Leadership Forum in May.
