Year in Review 2023 Catholic Diocese of Sandhurst 41 Sandhurst Mission and Pastoral Council Fr Joe Taylor VG Fr Joe is the Parish Priest of St Brendan’s Shepparton. Fr Joe was ordained a priest of the Diocese in May 1974, and brings fifty years of experience as a priest of the Diocese to the Sandhurst Mission and Pastoral Council. As the Vicar General he is a member Dr Chris Cotter Executive Officer Tim Nolan Minute Secretary Leslie Cooper Administration Jean-Marie is an active parishioner at St Brendan’s Shepparton where he combines expertise in Information Technology and Project Management to assist the parish with various church activities, including updating the parish website. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Jean-Marie is a member of the Goulburn Valley African Communities Association and has organised many events to highlight the plight of African Children effected by poverty, disease and war. Jean-Marie also interprets for new Congolese arrivals to Shepparton and has become a leader of the African community in Shepparton. He understands what inclusivity and welcoming mean in a practical sense. of the College of Consultors and Diocesan Finance Council.
