Sacred Heart Cathedral is the principal Church of the Diocese of Sandhurst and the home Church of the Cathedral Parish serving the people of central and north west parts of the city of Bendigo and many visitors to the church and the city.

There are more scholarships available for 2019. Each scholarship is worth $1,200.00. They are open to students in Catholic Secondary & Primary schools in the region.

With the retirement of our current Organist and Director of Music in 2021, applications are invited for the following positions with the Sacred Heart Cathedral – Bendigo as we plan for succession.  

•    Assistant Organist PD - Assistant Organist
•    Choir Conducting Scholar PD - Choir Conducting Scholar
•    Organ Scholar PD - Organ Scholar

The successful applicant will assist the Organist & Director of Music of the Sacred Heart Cathedral as per the detailed position description available by clicking on the relevant link above.
