CatholicCare Victoria’s Season for Growth Program is designed to help anyone who has experienced significant change such as loss, death, family breakdown, or other change which has impacted their wellbeing.

Led by trained facilitators, the program aims to help participants to learn to:

• understand and normalise emotions associated with change, loss and grief;

• explore new approaches to dealing with change, loss and grief;

• build decision-making and problem-solving skills;

• grow a supportive network of peers; and

• integrate your learnings into your relationships with family and friends.

The program is held over four two-hour sessions from Friday 1 March to Friday 22 March from 10:30 a.m. The cost is $15 for the entire program and includes a workbook.
