After considering recommendations by the College of Consultors, Bishop Shane has announced new clergy appointments for the Diocese of Sandhurst in 2025. He expressed gratitude to priests who have already generously accepted appointments and asked that we pray for these men and the communities they serve.
Christ the King Parish, Wangaratta and King Valley (new parish).
At the request of their respective communities, the parishes of Wangaratta, Wangaratta South and Moyhu will be combined into one parish: Christ the King Parish, Wangaratta and King Valley. A formal ceremony establishing the parish will take place on Sunday 15 December 2024.

Eaglehawk and Inglewood-Marong Parishes
• Fr Stephen Bolling: Reappointed as Parish Priest for a further 6-year term (from 19 December 2024)
Assistant Priest reassignments (from 6 January 2025)
• Fr Adi Indra: Shepparton and Dookie parishes
• Fr Jackson Saunders: Cathedral Cluster (Cathedral, Golden Square and Quarry Hill Parishes)
• Fr DJ Suguitan (Member of Ministry Team): Wodonga, Tallangatta and Corryong Parishes
Beechworth Parish
For the time being, the current arrangements will continue:

Rushworth Parish (from 6 January 2025)

Kerang, Cohuna and Pyramid Hill Parishes
Expressions of interest for appointment as Parish Priest of these parishes, will be considered by the Consultors on 19 December 2024.
