The tenth meeting of the Sandhurst Mission and Pastoral Council (SMPC) took place in Shepparton on 30 and 31 May. At the meeting, the Diocesan 2024-2025 Financial Report was presented and specific budget initiatives for the next financial year that relate to the Strategic Mission and Pastoral Goals were highlighted: including initiatives such as the Australian Catholic Youth Festival, Diocesan Formation Support Plan and Strategic Communications Plan.
Learnings from the Parish Visitation Program were presented as were updates on a Diocesan Formation Program, Safeguarding, the Cathedral Square development and initiatives by Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited.
