The Knights of the Southern Cross Bendigo Branch had much to celebrate at the end of last year, their efforts in faith and fraternity action were acknowledged with a special visit from the State Chairman to this branch of the year 2023.

In January, Bishop Shane spent time in the Philippines where he was warmly welcomed by the families and home-parishes of Sandhurst’s Filipino priests, met with local Bishops and participated in religious celebrations including the uniquely vibrant Feast of the Santo Niño.

The Chrism Mass will be celebrated on Holy Tuesday (26 March 2024) just four days shy of the 150th anniversary of the Diocese of Sandhurst's establishment on 30 March 1874.
